About good heath in my opinion it have to be from young age, What ever you do will follow and wright your destiny, we all have to follow what we like it be, if you are happy with what you are doing you will not feel that it’s a Job that you have to do to be able to levee, it will be like a hobby and will be able to look after it. Be successful in life, we are all in this life to grow.
on the contrary if you take the Ron way, Smoke from young age, you are preparing your self for a live of misery, becoming sick at hourly age have a live of misery no only you, your family as well.
